How we will work together

Initial assessment

After the first free introduction call, where we both decide to work together, we will meet to discuss your fitness history, your physiology, hormonal patterns, and of course your goals.

Based on that, we decide whether remote coaching and/or personal training is the right solution for you. 

Whether you’re menstruating, pregnant, experiencing peri-menopausal changes, or adjusting to post-menopausal life – we will work with the right training for YOU. 

YOUR START: Remote coaching

You will receive a user account for the training app „TrueCoach“, where you will find your training from now.

If you are in your reproductive years, you will also receive a user for the app „FitrWoman“. Together, we will track your menstrual cycle, learn about your symptoms and energy levels and adjust your training based on that.  

YOUR START: PERSONAL TRAINING

We’ll determine the place and then and then meet to work on your goals in person!

Ongoing support

Over the first couple of weeks, you will learn more about your individual body and how it impacts your training performance.

I’ll guide you to understand your body’s signals and adapt workouts accordingly.

With continuous support and feedback, we’ll fine-tune your program as you grow stronger, ensuring sustainable progress that works with your body, not against it.

1. 15-min introduction call (phone): We will briefly connect to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit. This no-pressure conversation helps us understand if my approach aligns with what you’re looking for.

2. 45-Minute Consultation (virtual): During this comprehensive session, we’ll discuss your health history, fitness experience, and unique physical needs based on your life stage. You’ll receive initial guidance and we’ll determine the best coaching option for you.

3. Begin your personalized program: Whether through remote coaching or personal training, your customized fitness journey begins. With ongoing support and regular adjustments, your program evolves as your body does.
